Order Processing

Thank you for shopping with Soft Lover Girl Diary.

Each item is made especially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.

During holidays, product launches, or high-volume sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–15 business days

  • International: 10–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

Soft Lover Girl Diary is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately. While we'll do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes once an order enters production.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
